Here's my story...

I WAS BORN AND RAISED ON OAHU: Growing up, I was a minority in my schools and community. It was a unique, valuable, and sometimes uncomfortable experience. All growth is that way, isn’t it? The resulting lessons in diversity and cultural appreciation ultimately shaped me for the better in my life and career. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

BRIDGING THE CORPORATE GAP: I started off in life feeling like I didn't fit in. And after working in the corporate world, I found myself feeling like a square peg in a round hole again. I wanted to bridge the gap between the vision in my mind and what I was actually doing for a living.

UNCOVERING MY DESIRE TO DO MEANINGFUL WORK: After leaving the corporate world, I did contract work while finishing my MBA. I realized I loved being independent! It gave me a taste of freedom and flexibility. But I found I was still limited by working for someone else. And management consulting wasn’t meaningful anymore. So I sought out something new.

STRUGGLING WITH FULFILLMENT: I decided independent work fit well for me and my family’s needs. Available options in the traditional employment marketplace labeled and limited me. As either over-qualified/over-experienced, or under-qualified/under-experienced. That dilemma challenged me to think outside the box. About opportunities I could create myself, that would be both fulfilling and flexible.

REALIZING WHAT WAS RIGHT BEFORE ME: While figuring out what to do next biz-wise, health crises hit. I realized an ideal opportunity was staring me in the face as I sought out solutions to heal. It challenged me to rethink… my lifestyle, health, values, goals, and biases. An ironically beautiful crossroads emerged. Where I let go of traditional employment expectations and reconsidered my true calling.

MY INTERSECTION OF PASSION, PURPOSE, AND PROFIT: I now work with women ready to blaze new trails in their health, life and business. Who are also sick & tired of feeling restricted by traditional employment and societal molds. I help design new pathways of passion, purpose, and prosperity.
